The TEBRI Doula Mentorship Program empowers doulas, massage therapists, and holistic healers to deepen their skills through guided learning, hands-on practice, and professional community. Our mentorship blends traditional birth wisdom, energy work, and modern business growth strategies to help you build a sustainable, heart-centered practice.

The Practitioner’s Path

6-Month Mentorship


Focus: Foundation, consistency, and professional growth.

This mentorship is ideal for doulas, Reiki practitioners, or holistic healers seeking to strengthen their foundation and integrate energy work into their birthwork or bodywork practice.

  • 6 one-on-one mentorship sessions (monthly)

  • 45-hour Yoga & Reiki training (not the full 85 hours)

  • TEBRI name badge and workbook

  • Guidance in client care, boundaries, and documentation

  • Research paper option: write a paper on your chosen birthwork topic

  • Required: one reflective paper per birth attended

  • Access to the TEBRI mentorship community

The Advanced Healer’s Path

9-Month Mentorship


Focus: Integration, leadership, and expanded healing practice

This path deepens your healing presence, supporting you in developing advanced energy skills and integrating your learning into your professional identity.

  • 9 mentorship sessions (monthly)

  • Full 85-hour Yoga & Reiki training

  • TEBRI name badge and workbook

  • Reiki Level II certification or Bodywork integration

  • Leadership development and peer mentorship training

  • Research collaboration: contribute to a TEBRI research paper or your own topic

  • Required: a reflection paper for each birth attended

  • Ongoing access to group mentorship circles

The Mastery & Research Path

15-Month Mentorship


Focus: Mastery, teaching, research, and legacy building

This highest level of mentorship supports you in becoming a leader, educator, and researcher within the field of energy work and perinatal wellness.

  • 12 one-on-one mentorship sessions (monthly)

  • 85-hour Yoga & Reiki Mastery curriculum

  • TEBRI name badge and workbook

  • Reiki Master or Advanced Energy Bodywork certification option

  • Leadership and curriculum development support

  • Research mentorship: write and publish a paper on a birthwork topic of your choice

  • Required: reflective research paper after each birth attended

  • Assistance in designing your own training, retreat, or healing program

  • Priority access to TEBRI collaborations and publications

    Back Office Tuesdays at TEBRI (The Energy Bodywork Research Institute) are dedicated sessions designed to help doulas, birthworkers, and holistic practitioners manage the business side of their healing practice.

    Each Tuesday, we focus on strengthening the foundations that support your work — from paperwork and documentation to marketing, systems, and business growth. This is your space to ask questions, get hands-on support, and feel empowered to run your practice with confidence.

    What Happens on Back Office Tuesdays:

    Guidance on business setup, documentation, and compliance

    Help with forms, contracts, client tracking, and charting

    Tutorials on scheduling, client management, and invoicing tools

    Full Moon Gatherings for Rest, Reflection & Renewal

    The Doula Den is a sacred space within TEBRI where doulas and birthworkers gather each month under the light of the Full Moon. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and reconnect — to release what no longer serves and to welcome new intentions for your work and your well-being.

    Each Full Moon gathering offers a blend of community, ceremony, and care — honoring the cyclical nature of birthwork and the healer’s path.

    Full Moon Circle — Guided meditation, journaling, and sharing from the heart

    Peer Support & Mentorship — A space to process births, emotions, and insights

    Energy & Bodywork Practices — Gentle yoga, Reiki, or grounding exercises

    Learning Moments — Mini-lessons on lunar wisdom, self-care, and birthwork balance

    Open Book Sunday at TEBRI is a peaceful bi-monthly gathering for doulas, students, and holistic healers to connect through reading, writing, and reflection.
    It’s a calm, creative space to nurture your mind and spirit — a time to slow down, sip tea, and grow through shared learning and storytelling.

    What Happens at Open Book Sunday:

    Quiet time for journaling, reading, and reflection

    Group discussions inspired by the Book of the Month

    Guidance on research and writing birth reflections

    Gentle music, mindful conversation, and tea service

    Optional prompts to explore birthwork, healing, and self-growth

  • We currently offer two main classes:

    • Reiki Level One: Healing Yourself

    • Energy & Bodywork Doula Program
      Students can also continue their journey through our Mentorship Paths for advanced study and professional development.

  • TEBRI’s Doula Program combines traditional birthwork education with Reiki, yoga, and bodywork. Students learn how to support families emotionally, physically, and energetically through all stages of pregnancy and birth.

  • Yes — TEBRI is officially approved in the State of Virginia as a recognized training entity.
    We are currently expanding to offer courses and mentorship opportunities across the U.S.

  • Absolutely! Our hybrid learning model allows students nationwide to join online and attend optional in-person retreats and gatherings.

  • We offer three mentorship paths to support your growth:

    • 🌱 The Practitioner’s Path (6 months) – Build your foundation and confidence.

    • 🌿 The Advanced Healer’s Path (9 months) – Deepen your energy work and leadership.

    • 🔮 The Mastery & Research Path (12 months) – Lead, teach, and write in your area of expertise.

    Mentorships start at $100 per month, and each includes 95 hours of Yoga and Reiki study, a TEBRI name badge, and a Yoga Workbook.
